As the poet Rumi wrote, Love is the water of life.
Everything at Omega – the workshop material, the evening presentations, the art – feels to me like the movement of love. As I follow up with you about how to continue this experience, with the group, on your own, and possibly as a part of a global movement, this shapes an inquiry for me:
First, how do we cultivate our life force?
Second, how can we court both personal and collective movement practice, in the spirit of affirming life on this earth?
How To Build On Our Shared Omega Experience, Nautilus-style
I am delighted to offer two virtual group practice sessions, available only to participants of the
Continuum Immersion at Omega. In each session, we will explore material from the workshop. How the virtual class works: During the first part of the call, we check in together and go over
the sequence. Then we all hang up and explore for a set period of time. At the designated time, everyone calls back in for a final check-in. Each session runs approximately 2.5 hours.
